Issue with button click when upgraded to IE 11

Hi,

We recently upgraded our IE version to 11 i.e. 11.0.9600.16428.

When we change the settings on IE 11 i.e Tools--> Compatibility View Settings --> Uncheck on check box "Use Microsoft Compatibility Lists" in our web application , we are facing issues with button click i.e. on button click (server button control)  functionality is not working as expected. Button click is not recognized. Please advice.
